- If you create an account, we collect account credentials managed by our authentication provider, plus the vehicle, ownership, service, and documentation information you choose to enter.

- To send product updates, launch invitations, and periodic Porsche market intelligence you have requested.
- To operate the platform, produce valuations, and maintain the vehicle records you create.
- To improve accuracy, reliability, and performance of the service.
3. How we share information
- We do not sell personal information.
- We share information only with service providers that host our infrastructure, send our email, or supply vehicle and market data, and only as needed to operate the service.
4. Data retention and security
- We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
- Access to stored data is restricted, and account data is protected by row-level security policies.
5. Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send.

- Flat Six Index provides Porsche vehicle information, comparable sales analysis, and estimated values for informational purposes.
- You agree to use the service lawfully and not to scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data without written permission.
2. Valuation disclaimer
- Values and market analysis are estimates based on available data and should not be considered appraisals, guarantees, or offers to buy or sell.
- Estimates depend on the quality and completeness of the underlying data and may change as new information becomes available.
- You are responsible for your own diligence before any purchase, sale, or insurance decision.
3. Owner-provided information
- Information you enter, including acquisition costs, service spending, and modifications, is not independently verified unless supporting documentation has been reviewed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
4. Independence
- Flat Six Index is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Porsche AG or Porsche Cars North America.
- Model names and designations are used for identification purposes only.
5. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

- Porsche model names, chassis codes, and designations are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Market data and valuations
- Flat Six Index valuations, market data, and analytics are estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not certified appraisals, purchase offers, guarantees, or investment advice.
- Market data is compiled from publicly available and authorized sources. Beta data, valuations, and analytics may be incomplete or subject to change.
